The controller's registered address is separate from the address of the apartments (ul. Mickiewicza 35, 72-400 Kamień Pomorski), which we provide on the website for booking purposes.

Information collected through our forms

Our enquiry forms collect your first name, email address, optional phone number and message. For enquiries about a stay, we also collect your planned arrival and departure dates, the number of adults and children, and your preferred apartment.

We process this data to respond to your enquiry and take steps prior to entering into a contract, such as booking a stay or renting premises. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. Further correspondence relating to your message and any defence against legal claims are processed on the basis of our legitimate interests - Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Providing your data is voluntary. Fields marked as required allow us to receive your enquiry through the form; we use your email address to reply. Your phone number is entirely optional - provide it if you would like us to contact you by phone.

We process data from the forms only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and for the period necessary to meet legal obligations or defend claims that may arise from the correspondence.

Data recipients, hosting and cookies

This website runs on Hostinger's hosting infrastructure. Submitted enquiries are stored in the platform's database and are accessible to the controller. Data is handled by the providers of hosting, the enquiry database and email services to the extent necessary to receive and respond to your enquiry. Enquiry notifications are sent to the controller's email inbox.

At the time this notice is published, the website does not use analytics or marketing tools and does not set cookies for these purposes. If we introduce such tools, we will update this notice.

Your cookie preferences are stored only in your browser’s local storage on your device - this is not a cookie and is not sent to the server. You can change them at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the page footer; the change takes effect immediately in the same browser. The website does not currently use any optional cookies, so the saved decision does not constitute consent to possible future tools - their introduction will require a separate description and a new choice.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability. You also have the right to object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
